Recipes for salads and snacks of turkey breast
Salad "fragrant". Ingredients: 1 kg of turkey breast, 200 ml apple juice 70 ml cream 35% teaspoon salt, half a tablespoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 tablespoons cilantro, a couple of tablespoons black peppercorns, vegetable oil for greasing. Preparation: juice, sugar, half teaspoon salt and pepper, mix in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the cream, stir, cool. Preparation: breast, cut into pieces of 2x2 and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Onions finely cut, lightly fried in butter and add flour. Very gently, stirring constantly, pour a thin stream of cream. Salt, pepper to taste. In preparing the sauce add the broccoli, stir and simmer for another five minutes. Add the turkey, stir, simmer another 10 minutes garnish for this dish well suited boiled potatoes and long grain rice, is ideal - a mix of wild and brown rice.
Turkey breast in a pot. Ingredients: half a kilo of fillet of turkey, pumpkin - two small pieces, 1 small carrot, a couple of apples, plums 6-7, juice of 1 lemon, a couple of cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, red pepper and ground cinnamon to taste.
